Med Ball Quarterback Double Speed Ladder (9 min)

Great timing with 4 Quarterbacks.  Holding the medicine ball not only increases difficulty / cardio vascular (VO2) - but makes Quarterback focus on staying tight through their core.

This (ladder) routine was 9 minutes straight of activity.
